

Seasonal Kitchen Series:
'Cooking in harmony
with the changing seasons'
A phenomenal programme comprising 4 evenings & 2 weekend days. Each course is tailored specifically to each season, and follows a set theme determined by master chef Jean Torné, following his observations and seasonal inspiration.
These courses are a unique experience. Menus will be pre-planned, but will also provide a true experience of cooking in alignment with the seasons, and with produce which is available. Often the days menu will be modified in response to what is on offer that day at the market!

• your own course file to take away with you, including recipe sheets, chefs tips and wholefood cooking glossary

Classes are £395 and cover two weekend days (10am – 7pm) and four evenings (7 – 10pm) with 8 three course wholefood meals throughout the programme.
