Learn how nutrient-rich foods can promote vibrant health and energy and fit your personal needs and busy lifestyle.

If you are looking for more understanding of the links between seasonal food and health, or want to make positive changes in your day-to-day eating, sign up for an introductory class. You’ll learn how to make tasty meals that combine foods for optimum energy, including:

• simple whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, barley, bulgur, couscous etc.)
• pulses (beans, lentils, chick peas etc.)
• sea vegetables (kombu, nori etc.)
• nuts, seeds, condiments, miso, tofu, seitan and tempeh

Classes also cover how to plan menus, shop for quality ingredients, how best to stock your pantry, and even the best cookware to use.
